Check in with Mortgage Company (Day 2-9)
Signatures & P&S Deposit (Day 10)
Schedule Smoke Inspection (Day 10-20)
Request Final Water and Utilities (Day 10-20)
Punch list walk through (For new construction) (Day 38 = 5-7 days before closing)
Mortgage Commitment (Day 30 = 10 days before closing)
Send Commission Invoice
Closing Disclosure (Day 42)
Final walk through (Day 44 = Day of or Night before closing)
Closing Day (Day 45)
