  1. Once you agree to list Have them Fill out 4 Forms via DOTLOOP

    1. License Consumer Relationship Disclosure

    2. Exclusive Right to Sell

    3. MLRD

    4. Lead Paint (prior to 1978)

  2. When you receive an Offer make sure you have

    1. Offer to Purchase RE

    2. Offer to Purchase Contingency Addendum

    3. Signed Lead Paint

    4. Copy of Deposit Check

  3. Send intro email with

    1. Real Estate Attorney, Agents and Lender

  4. Schedule Inspection (Day 2-6)  (Disregard this step - if no inspection)

  5. Inspection Contingency Deadline (7 days from accepted offer) (Disregard this step - if no inspection contingency)

  6. Check in with Mortgage Company (Day 2-9) 

  7. P&S

    1. Signatures & P&S Deposit (Day 10) 

  8. Schedule Smoke Inspection (Day 10-20)

  9. Request Final Water and Utilities (Day 10-20)

  10. Punch list walk through (For new construction) (Day 38 = 5-7 days before closing) 

  11. Mortgage Commitment (Day 30 = 10 days before closing) 

  12. Send Commission Invoice 

  13. Closing Disclosure (Day 42) 

  14. Final walk through (Day 44 = Day of or Night before closing) 

  15. Closing Day (Day 45) 

  16. Request CD / ALTA
